Simple and healthy vegan breakfast ideas

Today I'll be sharing some of my all-time favourite breakfasts that are vegan and healthy. The main principle that I abide by is to be as unprocessed as possible, yet easy enough to do. If something is too tough or expensive and people cannot stick to it then even if it were the healthiest option, it wouldn't be feasible. So you will still find some processed foods in my list, but I try to keep it at a minimum.  Also there are a lot of misconceptions as to what 'healthy' means, but health is a balance and it depends on your lifestyle as well. I have had people tell me that they think butter is fine, and you know with keto becoming popular these days it's difficult to rebut. But the person who told me this had breast cancer, fibroids and liver cysts so I'm convinced that her definition of "healthy" really isn't. There are many people who share their diet and health issues online and everytime I see it they're eating things like cakes, seafood pl...

Almond ice-blended

(I must be nutz~ postin' so much in a day.) {Nuts ho heh so nut urgh!} HAHAHAHA p taught me that:p Speakin' of nutz, almond ice-blended is not bad, provided you like almonds or you'll find it weird. They use powder instead of syrup but I don't think people sell almond syrup. Ice+almond powder+water+basic syrup+pearls. The pearls from sweet talk don't have any taste, just the texture. I love the chewy kind of texture, not too hard nor too soft. Mmmm! But I like the starchy taste in certain pearls I've tasted before. Actually I don't even know what starch tastes like. Just that there's this slightly sweet taste in them which I think comes from the liquid that comes with the pearls. Haha I really don't know where that liquid comes from...Yup beware it's really unhealthy unless they use the real powder (but too much almond drink which is made from the real powder+water ain't good either) so don't drink too often. Which goes the same to all bu...
