5 Things I Will Commit to When I'm Rich

1. Eat home-cooked meals as much as I can. Eating out/ ordering delivery is the norm in Singapore.  But I'm not your typical Singaporean Wahahahaha. 2. Do not be lazy. Take public transport or carpool if possible. Don't hire a maid. Clean my own house. I love how these  rich people  take public transport. Do they bring along body guards? 3. Do not live in excess. Donate money to charities and causes I believe in.  With great wealth comes great responsibility. Read what  Jeff Bezos , the richest man in the world does for charity. I'm not sure if he is just doing this because of public pressure though. It just sounds like he doesn't really have a cause that he truly believes in. As much as people think they deserve to live in excess due to their hard work, I think it's unnecessary and I hope I never get myself in the plight where I have a huge mansion and a swimming pool on the balcony. I just want to have the ability to earn the money and redistribute it t

Mr Robot (No spoilers)

In my previous post I talked about watching a US TV series called Mr Robot. Apparently it inspired me to pick up a little programming. But I also wanted to write about how intriguing it is. Obviously I'm not going to tell you what I did, but if you do find it for free then I applaud you for bearing with the advertisements and pop-ups HAHA. The whole series is 4 seasons long and the last season is only going to be aired next year so if you don't like pausing halfway then I suggest you wait till everything is out. First season was great because it satisfied m

Whenever I start a new job, I always get this question from my colleagues: What do you do in your spare time? And I almost always answer "I watch YouTube videos." I'm not really thaaaat boring, just that I get kinda embarrassed when I tell them what I really do. If I told them I blogged then they might start asking my blog address. No I don't really like that people I know read my blog. I'd rather strangers do that. Is that odd? But that's just me. Anyway because I keep getting asked since I did two odd jobs during my holidays and I have multiple colleagues, I got inspired to make a list of the things I really do in my spare time. It's in the form of general headings and specifics in the description so people who read this may find it useful if they are bored and don't know what to do. 1) Learn something new This really depends on your interests and situation. My partner is Hindu so I'm trying to learn Hindi. I use the app called Duolingo, but
