Panel Discussion

Lol I forgot to talk abt the panel discussion we had ytd! HAHA I was the moderator and I'm so proud of myself. HAHAHA EGO EGO EGO. And I conclude that LA teachers do not listen well. My mom doesn't listen to me. UNLESS I FORCE HER TO and I do that most of the time. And they like to digress. Which means I'm trying to say they forget the initial question. Anw at least my panel discussion question was answered. Qn: How much public involvement should there be in decisions made in Scientific Research. Ans: Depends on the gvt. Plus gvt does make decisions based on public response as well. (So there's alr a constant.) Need more involvement if gvt not making good choices. Qn: In this age of advanced technology, where there is much access to information, how responsible are the public for the consequences of science and technology on the society. Ans: public has the ability to affect gvt decisions, hence has the most responsibility. (Not doing anything means giving consent to gvt decisions.)

Today's sch day is short and nice:) YAY. But MT made me take the nervous system quiz. Lol I didn't go for lessons cuz of comps and didn't read thru the notes cuz I thought there was nothing else to learn since that set of notes was so thin.=.=SO obviously I'm gona die for the quiz. haiz..

Haha... Ok I'm gonna admit I'm a genius. CAN U BELIEVE IT? I fall sick during the hols=.= My friends, u don't see me missing from sch right? 5 Things I Will Commit to When I'm Rich

1. Eat home-cooked meals as much as I can. Eating out/ ordering delivery is the norm in Singapore.  But I'm not your typical Singaporean Wahahahaha. 2. Do not be lazy. Take public transport or carpool if possible. Don't hire a maid. Clean my own house. I love how these  rich people  take public transport. Do they bring along body guards? 3. Do not live in excess. Donate money to charities and causes I believe in.  With great wealth comes great responsibility. Read what  Jeff Bezos , the richest man in the world does for charity. I'm not sure if he is just doing this because of public pressure though. It just sounds like he doesn't really have a cause that he truly believes in. As much as people think they deserve to live in excess due to their hard work, I think it's unnecessary and I hope I never get myself in the plight where I have a huge mansion and a swimming pool on the balcony. 2024 New Year Resolutions

 A little late because #life, but here it is! Health Do 20-30s handstands every day. Stretch at least 5min every day. Sleep at 10 - 11pm. Go for yoga at least once a week when mil is here. Nature walks at least once a month. Baby Teach him to ride the bike. Get him off diapers. Wean him off breast milk. Read a book to him every week. Planned Breaks Take leave from 25th Dec - 31st Dec. (Felt really good in 2023, but also depends on where mil will be.) Travel at least once a year (not during Christmas). Celebrate our birthdays. (Haha, because I've always been so lazy to.) Hobbies Read at least one Chinese classic novel. Home Enhancement Reorganize cupboards so that we can find stuff more easily. Plan a kid's gym. Elemit Yoga Plan our first yoga retreat. Not sharing my financial goals since I feel it's a little too personal. TTFN!
