2 in 1

Not that I never had both vb and gym in one day. It even happened to my comps and vb came first but we lost and I left in such a hurry that my friends thought I was showing my attitude. [haha] It's just that I'm really really tired today and I even had muscle ache from Sat training... However it wasn't that bad after all. When I think about it I find it quite enjoyable. Maybe it was just my mind which was tired and not physically. I feel quite accomplished 'cause I haven't done 'nie zi' on the high beam for a long long time [more than 2 weeks?] but I actually did it today! Not bad though only the first one was good. For bars I did a couple of things I never thought I could do today but also felt sad about what I couldn't do. Conclusion: gym after vb is a GOOD thing. Loads of energy!! 
OH NO I BETTER SAVE UP!
